Net Pay: 350,000 – 500,000 (with other incentives)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own and drive the success of Kitchen Pro. You will be accountable for the product’s overall performance — including sales, revenue growth, and commercial feasibility — while shaping the product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market direction.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, business, and commercial outcomes not a try and error role.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Kitchen Pro, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

• Drive revenue growth and sales performance of the product.

• Assess product feasibility, market opportunity, pricing, and profitability; make data-driven recommendations on prioritization and investment.

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities and validate product decisions.

• Define clear success metrics (revenue, adoption, retention, margin, etc.) and regularly report on product performance to leadership.

Ensure sales are generated while coming up with different market penetration approach.

• Create and maintain product requirements, positioning, and messaging that support sales enablement and go-to-market efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager (or equivalent product ownership role).

• Proven track record of owning or significantly influencing product revenue, sales performance, or P&L outcomes.

• Strong understanding of product feasibility assessment, market analysis, and commercial strategy.

• Product penetration experience.

• Excellent analytical, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Experience in consumer products, kitchen/home appliances is a strong plus.
