The Role
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered experiences across HR domains.
Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases based on data, customer needs, and business objectives.
Develop product requirements for agentic AI experiences, including user workflows, prompts, and success metrics.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and customer-centric AI solutions.
What You'll Need
5+ years of product management experience.
Proven experience owning products from strategy through launch in a collaborative environment.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
What's On Offer
Annual salary of $89,600 – $168,000.
