Product Manager

This remote role is an opportunity for a high-agency Product Manager to own the end-to-end consumer journey within a fast-scaling, product-first environment. The successful candidate will shape the digital experience for a platform connecting millions of users with live events, driving growth through data-informed decision-making and iterative development.

The Role

• Own the full-stack consumer journey, from initial discovery and search through to mobile-first checkout and post-purchase engagement.

• Set the consumer product direction by identifying high-impact opportunities, sizing potential outcomes, and prioritizing development efforts.

• Lead user experience and interface design initiatives, working hands-on to prototype and implement features that reduce friction and drive loyalty.

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including marketing, data, and engineering teams, to negotiate trade-offs and align technical approaches with commercial goals.

• Champion a data-informed culture by defining success metrics, conducting A/B testing, and utilizing user feedback to continuously improve the platform.

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience in a Product Management role, ideally within B2C marketplaces, e-commerce, or high-transaction digital platforms.

• Proven ability to own commercial outcomes, with a track record of driving measurable improvements in key metrics such as conversion rates.

• High technical literacy and experience working within Agile development environments to deliver software iteratively.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and translate complex technical constraints into clear product strategies.
