Product Manager

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Lead the strategy, development, and delivery of workforce management platform features, including paid time off and time/labor management solutions.

• Identify high-impact opportunities and define AI product capabilities to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.

• Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution, assessing market requirements and prioritizing use cases.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data, UX, legal, and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable and compliant product experiences.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of direct product management experience in software product design and development.

• Experience delivering workforce management products and owning products from strategy through launch.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
