🎯 Mission & Core Purpose As a Product Manager, you will own your product area end-to-end, shaping the experience of tens of thousands of businesses selling online. Using data, experimentation and customer insights, you will turn business goals into a clear roadmap and work with engineering and design to deliver products that make a measurable difference for our customers.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Own the product area end-to-end, from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Build and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements.
• Prioritize features based on impact and feasibility.
• Define customer needs through market research, product comparisons, and test groups.
• Develop UI/UX designs, prepare mockups, and collaborate closely with development teams.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams.
• Drive product improvements and decisions through data, user feedback, and A/B testing.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Define and track OKRs for your product area.

💡 Experience & Skills

• At least 5 years of product management experience in e-commerce or SaaS.
• Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in analytics and A/B testing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

👤 Your Profile

• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, or similar.
• Comfortable turning ideas into mockups and working closely with designers.
• Curious about customers, the market, and new technologies.

🌐 Location For the first two months, we would expect the onboarding to be carried out in person at our office in Kozyatağı Ataşehir - Allianz Tower .

Afterwards, tasks can be carried out in a hybrid mode, where you would be asked to attend the office twice per week.
