Product Manager – DMS (Salesforce)

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager – DMS (Salesforce) to join our IT team in Bangalore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap, implementation, and continuous evolution of the Distributor Management System (DMS). This role requires strong product management skills along with knowledge of Salesforce Administration, DMS/SFA processes, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management.

The role involves working closely with business and technology teams to drive adoption, continuous improvement, and measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for the Distributor Management System.
• Drive the end-to-end implementation of the DMS platform.
• Lead and support multi-market rollouts.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring effective prioritization based on business requirements and value.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective delivery throughout the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release management.
• Partner closely with:
• Sales / GT
• Finance
• Supply Chain
• IT
• Implementation teams
• Translate business requirements into product features and actionable priorities.
• Drive product adoption across business users and markets.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Monitor product performance and ensure the DMS delivers business value.
• Manage stakeholders across business and technology functions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 9+ years of overall experience in relevant areas.
• 8–10+ years of experience in Product Management, BRM, DMS, or SFA.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Administration.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing the end-to-end project/product lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with DMS/SFA platforms and processes.
• Understanding of secondary sales processes is preferred.
• Experience with schemes and claims management is preferred.
• Previous MNC experience is required.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Heroku.
• Salesforce certification.
• Experience with SAP/ERP integrations.
• Experience handling multi-market implementations and rollouts.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
