Product Manager E-Commerce (m/f/d)

WHO WE ARE

melu kids is the No. 1 brand for personalized name labels and stamps on Amazon in Europe. Six marketplaces, five brands, our own production in Berlin, a core team of six, and a business that moves faster than everyone else in its category. We turn personalized products into Amazon bestsellers — one niche at a time. We’re not a corporate and not an agency — and we’re looking for the person who decides which niche we win next.

THE ROLE

You will own our product portfolio. Not “support”, not “coordinate” — own. You build the pipeline of new products and you make the ones we already sell better, across all brands and markets.

• New products — you research niches, build the business case, check feasibility with production, source and negotiate with suppliers, decide design and packaging, set the launch price. Then you hand over to our Country Managers.
• Existing products — you track reviews and customer feedback and turn them into a prioritized improvement pipeline. Upsells and rebrandings you drive together with the Amazon team.

We go after big niches with bestseller potential, not small add-ons.

You report directly to the founders. Go or no-go for a new product we decide together — everything else is yours.

WHO YOU ARE

A role for someone who wants to build or source physical products — and wants to own the result.

• You’re interested in or have experience with physical products — product, category or e-commerce management, sourcing or product development. Amazon experience is a plus.
• You think in business cases . Volume, margin, risk — if the numbers don’t work, the idea doesn’t either, no matter how good it looks.
• You’re structured . You build pipelines and priorities that other people can follow.
• You have a feel for products and design , and you back it up with data: reviews, conversion, customer feedback.
• You want to win . A competitor with a bestseller badge in our niche bothers you.
• You’re humble . The best idea wins, no matter whose it is — and you’d rather be proven wrong than stay wrong.
• You already use AI every day — Claude, ChatGPT, whatever gets the job done — and you’re curious how far it can go.
• You’re fluent in English . German is a plus.
• You’re in Berlin or willing to move. This role is in our Berlin office, next to production and the Amazon team.
