Roles & Responsibilities:

• Working on in-house product development as well custom product development for clients
• Analyze the RFP's and prepare estimation of efforts.
• Ensure that projects are executed according to the process, quality, budget, and milestone standards.
• Team management of IDs, Designers, Developers and QA
• Project management/methodology experts
• Agile/Scrum Master
• Planning, Iteration, meetings, conduct reviews
• Authors functional and design specification, provides technology leadership
• Collaborate between all aspects of content development (scripting, storyboarding, testing, maintenance, new media design, deployment)
• Standards and compliance
• Evaluate new technology, innovation and industry trends
• Hands on experience of making world class enterprise applications/products
• The role drives the business value through technical innovation such as simplification, extensibility, supportability

Skill Sets:
