🚀 Hiring: Technical Product Manager (Embedded Systems)

📍 Location: Plano, TX – Onsite, 5 Days a Week

📅 Contract: 6–12 Months

💼 Experience: 10+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager (TPM) with strong embedded systems expertise to drive technical requirements, product development alignment, and engineering delivery across hardware, firmware, software, connectivity, and cloud components.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Translate customer and business needs into clear system and subsystem requirements.
• Collaborate with Marketing Product Management and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Define technical acceptance criteria and maintain requirements traceability.
• Partner with Verification & Validation (V&V) teams to ensure requirements are properly tested.
• Manage engineering backlogs, prioritization, and delivery using Jira.
• Manage requirements, change control, and traceability documentation through PLM tools.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and trade-offs throughout the product lifecycle.

🔹 Required Skills

• Strong experience in Embedded Systems .
• Experience with hardware, firmware, software, and cloud-connected products.
• System and subsystem requirements engineering.
• Requirements traceability, verification, and validation.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and PLM tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and technical communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field.
