About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to own of our internal platform for partner onboarding and case management. You will drive product development with a focus on efficiency, scalability and user experience.

Working closely with internal users and teams across Operations, Compliance, Risk and Tech, you will translate business needs into product improvements that simplify everyday work and support Nordiska’s growth. The role combines strategic product leadership with hands-on discoveries, prioritizations and deliveries.

In the role, you will:

• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Nordiska’s internal platforms, aligned with business priorities and growth ambitions.

• Partner with Sales, Operations, Risk and Compliance to understand business needs and translate them into impactful product solutions.

• Lead product discovery, map user journeys and identify opportunities to improve customer onboarding and operational processes.

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, working closely with engineering to deliver scalable solutions and continuous improvements.

• Explore and drive AI-powered solutions to automate workflows, improve decision-making and unlock new opportunities for operational efficiency.

• Drive automation and streamline processes to increase efficiency across onboarding, case management and internal operations.

• Ensure platforms scale with business growth and integrate seamlessly with Nordiska’s broader fintech ecosystem.

• Define and track KPIs such as onboarding speed, processing efficiency, automation rates and user satisfaction.

• Drive adoption of new features and processes, ensuring successful implementation across teams.

Your Professional Profile
We are looking for a driven Product Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environments. You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, take ownership and enjoy turning complex challenges into simple, scalable solutions.

You are curious about emerging technologies, particularly AI and automation, and constantly look for opportunities to improve how businesses operate. You communicate clearly, challenge existing ways of working and build strong relationships across business, technology and regulatory functions.

We believe that you have:

• Proven product management experience, preferably within fintech, financial services or B2B platforms, from discovery to delivery.

• Strong product management skills, including product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization and translating business needs into actionable requirements.

• Solid technical understanding, with experience working closely with engineering teams, APIs and system integrations.

• Experience driving automation and efficiency, with an interest in leveraging AI to improve workflows and processes.

• Strong commercial awareness, balancing business growth, operational efficiency and scalability.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, collaborating across business, technology and regulatory functions.

• A can-do attitude and strong ownership, proactively challenging existing processes and driving solutions forward.

• Experience with customer onboarding, KYC/AML processes or case management systems within fintech or financial services is an advantage.
