Role Description The Product Manager Data & AI will lead the definition and implementation of data-driven and AI-powered features for the Alumnforce platform. In this full-time, hybrid role based in Paris, with some flexibility for working from home, the person in this position will collaborate with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to translate user needs into product requirements and prioritize the roadmap. Daily tasks include analyzing usage data, identifying opportunities for personalization, recommendation engines, and automation, and validating hypotheses through experiments and user feedback. The role also involves writing clear specifications, coordinating delivery with technical teams, and ensuring high-quality releases that align with business goals and customer expectations. The Product Manager will monitor performance of data and AI features, iterate based on measurable outcomes, and contribute to overall product strategy and communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong product management skills, including roadmap ownership, stakeholder collaboration, and writing clear functional and technical specifications.
• Experience with data analytics and AI-related topics, such as using data platforms, defining metrics, working with recommendation or personalization systems, and understanding machine learning concepts.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and drive delivery.
• Proficiency in tools for data analysis and product discovery (e.g., SQL basics, analytics dashboards, user research and testing methodologies).
• Excellent communication skills in English; French language skills are a strong asset for collaborating with local clients and teams.
• Relevant academic background in business, engineering, computer science, data, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience in SaaS, community platforms, EdTech, CRM, ERP or HRTech is a plus, as well as familiarity with alumni relations, career services, or professional networking.
• Comfort working in a dynamic environment, with a user-centric mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and an interest in the impact of data and AI on user experience.
