Product Manager (OTC Pharmaceuticals)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans for assigned OTC pharmaceutical products.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Define product positioning, key messages, target customers, and promotional strategies.
• Work closely with the sales team to support product detailing, customer engagement, and field execution.
• Plan and implement marketing activities such as product presentations, webinars, trade campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Monitor product performance, promotion effectiveness and market feedback.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Finance, and Business Development.
• Prepare monthly product performance reports, market analysis, and business recommendations to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related filed, MBA would be advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in product management, brand management, trade marketing in pharmaceutical OTC channel.
• Experience in OTC products, pharmacy channel, wholesaler channel, or healthcare retail business is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
• Good communication, presentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and follow through on execution.
• Proactive, business-oriented, result-driven, and willing to work closely with the sales team and customers in the field.
