Product Manager ( Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Product Manager (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will own product outcomes across the full lifecycle, from defining problems to delivering and iterating on solutions that create measurable value. You will set product direction by translating customer needs and market dynamics into clear priorities, while helping build platform capabilities that support multiple downstream products. This position also requires close partnership with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to drive execution, make sound trade-offs, and guide decisions in a complex environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own product outcomes from problem definition through delivery and iteration
• Set clear product direction by synthesizing customer needs and market dynamics
• Lead cross-functional teams through influence without formal authority
• Drive execution in ambiguity and make sound trade-offs
• Communicate clearly with senior leaders about product decisions and priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (MBA, MS, or equivalent)
• Over 3 years of product management experience delivering technology-driven products or platforms, preferably in healthcare
• Proven experience launching and scaling new tech products in enterprise settings
• Ownership of delivering strong platform capabilities that enable multiple downstream products
• Outstanding learning agility and strong product judgment
