At Singtel, your work creates real impact. You'll solve meaningful challenges, shape critical digital infrastructure and help build secure, resilient and AI-enabled solutions that serve businesses, digital ecosystems and communities across the globe.

This is where BIG Possibilities become reality. Whether you're engineering intelligent networks, advancing sovereign AI cloud platforms, strengthening cybersecurity, designing seamless customer experiences or driving sustainable innovation, you'll be part of teams shaping the future of technology.

Backed by decades of expertise and driven by a culture of continuous learning and innovation, Singtel offers the scale, opportunities and support to help you grow your career while making a difference where it matters most.

We’re assembling a small, high-calibre team to build a new robotics-powered service from the ground up. This programme is designed for a select group of high-potential individuals who want to go beyond execution into building, shaping, and scaling something new.

If you’re looking for structured roles and clear playbooks, this isn’t it.

If you want ownership, steep learning curves, and the chance to work on emerging tech… read on.

What you’ll do

• Identify real-world problems and validate high-impact use cases
• Translate ideas into tangible service concepts and test them quickly
• Build and run pilots end-to-end with cross-functional teams and partners
• Shape how the service works, from experience design to commercial models
• Scale what works into a repeatable, high-quality offering

What you’ll gain

• A front-row seat to building a new offering from 0→1 (and beyond)
• Exposure to robotics, AI, and real-world deployment of emerging technologies
• Accelerated growth across product thinking, strategy, and execution
• Direct visibility with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• A platform to prove and stretch your potential

About The Role Who we’re looking for

We’re Looking For Individuals Who Demonstrate

• Sharp thinking. You break down ambiguous problems and form clear, structured approaches
• Ownership mindset. You take initiative and see things through end-to-end
• Bias for action. You move fast, test, learn, and adapt
• Strong influence. You can align different stakeholders and drive progress
• Resilience. You operate effectively in uncertainty and high expectations

You don’t need prior robotics experience but you do need to learn fast and think independently.

This is an opportunity to build, not inherit… and to be part of a small group shaping what comes next.

Are you ready to say hello to BIG Possibilities? Join Singtel to shape what's next and accelerate your career through meaningful work, continuous learning, and real impact.
