Product Manager - Securitization

Role & responsibilities :

Managing and Executing securitization products

The proposals should comply with regulatory norms, Banks policies and procedures, etc.

Interacting with all internal and external stake holders for product related information/ queries/ pendency's

Assessing securitization proposals Financial Analysis of all proposals

Preparation of proposal notes and presenting to various stake holders Following up on audit pendency's

Maintaining trackers for various monitoring purpose

Preferred candidate profile :

Needs to have knowledge of retail underwriting in SME / Mortgage etc.

Needs to have understanding of structured finance

Should be well conversant in Microsoft Exce
