Key Responsibilities
- Own commercialization, pricing, and go-to-market strategy for the Improved Paddy portfolio
- Drive crop strategy, geography mapping, and market intelligence
- Lead product positioning across regions and segments
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, and Production on launches and trials
- Track competitor activity and market share trends
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 7-12+ years in Sales/Marketing within the Agri-input or seed industry, with direct exposure to Improved/Hybrid Paddy
- Proven experience in product positioning, pricing/NRV strategy, and new product launches
- Strong agronomy and field-trial background (POP, geography-specific recommendations)
- Comfortable with extensive travel and based out of, or willing to relocate to, Kolkata
- Full-time MBA; Agri-Business specialization preferred
