As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager (Software) to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving product strategy, planning, and execution for innovative software products that bridge AI, robotics, and consumer applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user studies to identify trends and product opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with engineering, UX/UI design, AI, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Drive Agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog management, and product reviews.
• Monitor product performance using analytics and customer feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
• Coordinate product launches and collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful go-to-market execution.
• Manage project timelines, resource planning, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
• Advocate for customer needs while balancing technical feasibility and business priorities.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management, Software Project Management, or a related role.

• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.

• Basic understanding of electronics, mechanical design, embedded systems, software development, APIs, databases, cloud systems is required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of web, mobile, and cloud-based software products.
• Experience writing product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and functional specifications.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, and system integrations.
• Experience using analytics tools to measure product performance and user engagement.
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams regarding technical concepts and product requirements.
• Knowledge of SaaS products, mobile applications, and platform ecosystems.

• Experience working in startup or high-growth technology environments.
• Proven success in launching products from concept to market.
• Experience collaborating with international teams and stakeholders.

Additional Skills

• Knowledge of AI technologies, Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Vision-Language Models (VLMs), Vision-Language-Action (VLA) or conversational AI products.
• Familiarity with UX research, user journey mapping, and design thinking methodologies.
• Experience with A/B testing, product analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Basic knowledge of software development or coding concepts is an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or equivalent are highly desirable.
