Silicon21 Integrated Solutions

Product Manager – Structured Cabling | New Cairo
We’re a value-added distributor that’s been in the IT market for 30 years. Today we’re a team of 150+, working with some of the biggest names in networking, security, and data center across the Middle East & Africa.
One of the lines we carry in Egypt is a German structured cabling brand with over 20 years in the business. It’s a solid product: copper (Cat6/Cat6A), high-density fiber with MPO/LC cassettes, data center connectivity, cabinets, and industrial cabling, all backed by a 25-year system warranty.
We need someone to take full ownership of this brand in Egypt.
What the job actually looks like:

You own the numbers for the line: sales, margin, and growth

You’re the main contact with the vendor, handling pricing, deal registrations, rebates, and targets

You set price lists, plan stock, and make sure we have the right products when projects need them

You work with consultants to get the brand specified and onto BOQs, and you follow big projects from design to delivery

You support our sales team and partners on key deals

You build a network of certified installers and run product trainings for them

What we’re looking for:

5+ years in structured cabling, whether as a product manager, in business development, or in sales, at a distributor, vendor, or integrator

You know copper and fiber systems well and understand the cabling standards

You’ve handled pricing and stock before, not just selling

You know how specification selling and BOQs work

You already know the integrators, contractors, and consultants in the Egyptian market

Experience with a European cabling brand is a big plus

Good Arabic and English, and comfortable presenting to partners and clients

Engineering degree preferred (Communications or Electrical)

What you get:
a premium brand to build in the market, a stable company with a strong vendor portfolio, and a competitive package.
