Position Overview

The Product Manager – Technology will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of technology products, ensuring that product strategies and roadmaps are aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and technical capabilities. The role will work closely with Engineering, IT, UX/UI, QA, Sales, and other stakeholders to successfully develop, launch, and continuously improve technology products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities based on business and customer requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering through development, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, business requirements, and competitive insights to identify product opportunities.
• Translate business and customer requirements into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, technical feasibility, and organizational priorities.
• Work closely with Software Developers, Engineers, QA, UX/UI Designers, Business Analysts, and other technical teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Facilitate and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs, analytics, customer feedback, adoption, and other relevant metrics.
• Coordinate product testing, validation, deployment, and release activities.
• Develop and execute product launch and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Identify opportunities for product enhancements, automation, digital transformation, and technology innovation.
• Prepare product presentations, business cases, roadmaps, status reports, and performance updates for management.
• Manage product risks, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure products are designed with appropriate considerations for security, scalability, reliability, usability, and technical feasibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably handling technology, software, digital, or enterprise products.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with software development and technology teams.
• Strong understanding of technology concepts such as APIs, cloud platforms, databases, system integration, mobile/web applications, and digital platforms.
• Experience in product roadmap development, backlog management, requirements gathering, and product analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with both technical teams and business stakeholder
