About the Company

We build embedded investing for credit unions and community banks. Securities, crypto, managed portfolios, and IRAs live inside the digital banking app members already use, funded straight from their checking accounts. We run our own broker-dealer and registered investment adviser, and we're a small, fully remote US team serving a fast-growing base of financial institutions.

About the Role

The trading team owns everything between a member tapping buy and the money settling: order lifecycle, execution, clearing, custody, and reconciliation across securities and crypto. You'll own that roadmap end to end, balancing new products against throughput, reliability, and cost per trade as volume grows. It's the most technical product seat in the company and the closest one to revenue.

What You'll Need

• 4+ years in product management with direct brokerage, trading, or wealth management experience
• Working knowledge of the trade lifecycle: order routing, execution, clearing, settlement, custody
• A product you've carried through real volume growth, not just a launch
• Technical depth: you read API specs, think in state machines, and query the database yourself
• Comfort owning an area where nobody checks your work
• Range: technical design with engineers in the morning, revenue and risk with execs in the afternoon

Nice to Have

• Clearing or execution partner API integration, self-clearing, or introducing-broker experience
• Crypto custody models and settlement
• B2B2C or platform experience where an institution buys and its customers use
• Scaling-stage startup background

Details

Fully remote in the US, East Coast hours preferred. Reports to the Director of Product Management. No direct reports.

This role may require registration as a FINRA Associated Person, including a background check, employment verification, and ongoing disclosure obligations.
