About the Role-

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our subscription billing and revenue management platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Zuora Billing , subscription business models, recurring revenue management, pricing and packaging, invoicing, payments, collections, and integrations with CRM/ERP platforms.

This role if of 6 months with a possibility of extension .

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for the billing and subscription management platform.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and platform enhancements.
• Translate strategic business goals into actionable product initiatives and epics.

Billing & Subscription Management

• Drive product initiatives across:
• Subscription lifecycle management
• Product catalog and pricing management
• Invoicing and payments
• Collections and dunning processes
• Revenue recognition
• Financial reporting and reconciliation
• Ensure billing processes support evolving business and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Customer Operations, and Technology teams.
• Lead product workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and prioritization discussions.
• Communicate roadmap updates and product outcomes to executive stakeholders.

Delivery & Execution

• Work with engineering and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage backlog prioritization and define product requirements.

Platform Integrations

• Drive integrations between Zuora and enterprise systems such as:
• Salesforce CRM
• ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Payment gateways
• Tax and compliance solutions
• Data and reporting platforms

Data & Analytics

• Define KPIs and success metrics.
• Analyze customer behavior, billing performance, and revenue trends.
