Product Manger

Job scope:

• Product Portfolio Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and cybersecurity vendors. 
  • Manage product lifecycles, including product introductions, updates, and end-of-life planning. 
  • Ensure alignment of the product portfolio with market demands and customer needs.

• Vendor Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cybersecurity vendors. 
  • Conduct regular business reviews with vendors to ensure alignment on sales, marketing and technical strategies. 
  • Negotiate pricing, rebates and marketing support with vendors.

• Sales Enablement

  • Provide technical and product training to internal sales team and channel partners. 
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning and promotional campaigns. 
  • Support sales teams in customer engagements, including presentations and demos.

• Market Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging cybersecurity threats. 
  • Gather customer and partner feedback to improve product offerings and strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and recommend innovative solutions to expand market share.

• Marketing and Demand Generation

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute campaigns to promote cybersecurity products. 
  • Organize product launches, webinars, and other promotional activities.
  • Drive channel partner engagement through incentive programs, events and training.

Requirements:

• Candidates must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Candidates must process at least a Diploma/Degree in IT/Engineer or Business Administration or related discipline.
• Preferably at least 3-5 years working experience in IT industry.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions (e.g., firewalls, endpoint protection, network security, etc.).
• Self-starter
• Computer literate with computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) applications.
• Able to work independently under minimum supervision and under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Have negotiation and planning skill
• Good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Possess Own transport
• Cybersecurity certifications are an advantage.
