Product Marketing Executive - AI Solutions

About the Role

Programmers Force is looking for a Product Marketing Executive to lead the go-to-market efforts for our AI-powered products. You will turn complex AI capabilities into clear, customer-focused value propositions and work closely with product, engineering, sales, and leadership teams to launch and grow new AI solutions across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop positioning and messaging for AI-powered products across multiple industries
• Build go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new AI solutions
• Translate technical AI capabilities into customer-focused value propositions
• Conduct market research and customer and user interviews
• Define target segments, buyer personas, and buying journeys
• Create sales enablement materials and customer-facing content such as decks, one-pagers, case studies, and web copy
• Analyze the competitive landscape and market trends
• Develop industry-specific narratives to drive AI adoption
• Measure GTM effectiveness through pipeline, adoption, and revenue metrics
• Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, creative marketing, and leadership teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or technology marketing
• Experience marketing SaaS, enterprise software, cloud, AI, or other technology products
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, including GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, and automation
• Proven ability to explain technical concepts to business audiences
• Experience developing GTM strategies from concept to launch
• Strong customer research and storytelling skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
