Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive role based in Taguig. The Marketing Executive is responsible for strengthening the company's brand presence, digital visibility, and customer engagement across online and offline channels. This role manages social media platforms, e-commerce marketplaces, website content, and marketing campaigns while supporting business growth through effective branding, content creation, and promotional initiatives.

The Marketing Executive collaborates closely with Sales, Technical, Customer Service, and Management teams to execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer-focused programs. The role also monitors market trends, campaign performance, and customer engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement and maximize marketing effectiveness.

The ideal candidate is creative, digitally savvy, results-oriented, and capable of leveraging modern marketing technologies and AI tools to enhance communication, content development, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing, with the ability to design and execute effective marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in Market Research to gather, analyze, and interpret customer and competitor data for informed decision-making.
• Effective Communication to collaborate with internal teams, support sales activities, and engage customers and partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in B2B or distribution-focused marketing is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Taguig, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Familiarity and was able to handle digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, Lazada, Shopee email marketing) is preferred.
