Product Marketing Manager-逻辑芯片

该职位来源于猎聘 POSITION OVERVIEW: Product marketing engineer is mainly response for driving business growth for the product group. Will work with sales and FAE team to grow NR for the BG. I.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build and maintain relationship with top customer to understand products opportunity and end-equipment. Work with system and product development team to define new products and launch to market. Drive DINs to DWINs to grow NR while maintain profitability.

Own revenue and forecast for given portfolio, and responsible for driving consistent Y2Y growth. Develop product position and message the differentiate the product in the market and online. Review the competitive landscape and build strategies to address gaps. Build marketing wayboard, follow up monthly on opportunity, including product status, design opportunity. Make pricing strategy and align pricing curve with commercial team. SKILLS /COMPETENCIES (Top 3-7 most important/critical competencies needed for the job both soft and hard skills): Bachelor ‘s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. 5+ years of sales or foundry or marketing relevant experience in semiconductor. Very Familiar with China semiconductor industrial in analog IC field.

Good connection or relationship with China semiconductor industrial resource. Basic knowledge and understanding of power IC ‘s and their application. Strong customer face skills, communication, and presentation skills. Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions.
