Product Marketing Manager

Product Marketing Manager, Southeast Asia (SEA) Location: Singapore

Reporting To: SEA Senior Product Marketing Manager

Position Summary The Product Marketing Manager, SEA is responsible for driving growth across Southeast Asia through product marketing, demand generation, channel enablement, and go-to-market execution. This role serves as the key bridge between Global Business Units, Sales, Channel Partners, and End Customers to ensure successful product launches, effective market development, and sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities Product Marketing & Portfolio Management

• Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market share across SEA.
• Own product positioning, value proposition, pricing strategy, and competitive differentiation.
• Lead Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives and translate market insights into business opportunities.
• Support product lifecycle management including forecast planning, product rationalization, and NPI execution.
• Partner with Global Business Units on product roadmap alignment and regional market requirements.

Go-To-Market (GTM) Excellence

• Lead SEA product launch execution and localization of global marketing programs.
• Develop comprehensive GTM plans including target segments, messaging, sales enablement, launch activities, and success metrics.
• Drive adoption of new products through close collaboration with Sales, Application Engineering, and Channel teams.
• Monitor launch performance and continuously optimize GTM execution.

Demand Generation & Lead Management

• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and field channels.
• Drive measurable pipeline generation through webinars, social media, content marketing, trade shows, seminars, and account-based marketing programs.
• Improve lead quality, lead nurturing, and funnel conversion effectiveness.
• Track marketing performance against MQL, SQL, pipeline, and revenue contribution targets.
• Support implementation of structured lead-to-revenue processes and marketing analytics.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Science, Marketing, or Business, MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, Industry Marketing, or Commercial Marketing.
• Experience in industrial, instrumentation, test & measurement, automation, electrical, electronics, or technology industries preferred.
• Proven experience in GTM execution, demand generation, and channel marketing.
• Experience working across multiple Southeast Asian markets is highly desirable.
