Product Marketing Support

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Content Management System (CMS) Administrator, overseeing the deployment of notifications and events for mobile apps and services via the web portal.
• Review and verify all notification and event content, ensuring accuracy during the registration and modification process.
• Deliver weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports, including competitor price tracking, new product launch comparisons, and consolidated promotion calendars.
• Prepare comprehensive presentation decks (Trade-in, Sell-in/Sell-out, Product Launches) for management review.
• Perform market research and analysis focusing on user personas, partner landscapes, and sales performance.
• Conduct historical sell-in/sell-out reviews and develop forecasts by channel. - Monitor stock availability and manage weekly/monthly aging reports; collaborate with product teams to implement corrective action plans.
• Manage redemption campaigns, including gift item forecasting and demand management.
• Partner with Product Managers to maintain and update pricing strategies for online and offline channels.
• Support the Product Marketing team in finalizing and clearing legal contracts.
• Coordinate with service desks, overseas R&D centers, and third-party partners to resolve campaign-related technical or operational issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holders in a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Good understanding about mobile products and mobile services a plus.
• Must have good oral & written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized, goal-oriented, excellent ability to multi-task, motivated self-starter who can work well in a team environment.
• Possess excellent communications skills, with the ability to work with various business and technical teams.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint).
