Product Master Data Expert

Partner in Pet Food (PPF) is an innovative, leading European pet food producer, supplying over 400 customers, including major grocery retailers, supermarkets, specialized pet shops in the 35 markets in which it operates.

PPF is the second largest producer of Retailer Brand wet and dry pet food in Europe, offering a full range of high quality cat and dog food products.

PPF employs around 3,000 staff and has operations in 10 countries.

We are looking for a Product Master Data Expert who would like to be part of our international team.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Managing product master data in PPF ERP systems and other relevant systems
• Creating, validating and maintaining master data, ensuring consistency, completeness, integrity and accuracy
• Identifying data discrepancies and coordinating corrections with relevant business and project stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with master data standards and supporting continuous data cleansing activities
• Acting as a key contact for operational master data issues and development requests
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders and the Master Data team to ensure accurate data and efficient processes
• Supporting testing activities related to master data
• Participating in redesign, delisting and other master data-related processes
• Contributing to process development, optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Preparing standard reports based on business needs
• Participating in business projects as a Master Data Expert
• Supporting master data migrations in cooperation with IT
• Providing training and consultation to stakeholders on master data-related topics
• Supporting the development and implementation of master data processes and data quality solutions

You are the right fit, if you have:

• High school or university education
• Fluency in English and Czech
• Strong Excel skills, including functions, nested functions and Pivot Tables
• Experience with master data entry and maintenance in an ERP system
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of data accuracy and integrity
• An organized mindset and the ability to prioritize
• Ability to understand end-to-end processes and recognize the potential impact of incorrect master data
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
• Proactive, open-minded and solution-oriented approach
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
