Futex is a leading distributor and brand management company specializing in premium lifestyle technology products. Our portfolio includes high-end personal audio products, consumer electronics, smart devices, companion robots, and innovative lifestyle technologies from international brands.

We are seeking a passionate Product Officer to support the growth and development of our product portfolio and brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily management and operation of assigned brands and product categories.
• Act as a key communication bridge between overseas brand principals and internal departments.
• Coordinate with manufacturers on product planning, pricing, inventory, promotions and market development initiatives.
• Support the development and execution of sales, marketing and channel strategies.
• Conduct product training and provide product knowledge support to sales teams, dealers and customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and consumer insights.
• Assist in sourcing and evaluating new brands and product opportunities.
• Support inventory planning and product lifecycle management to ensure healthy stock levels and business performance.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, E-commerce and Operations teams to achieve business objectives.
• Prepare sales analysis, inventory reports and business performance reviews.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Technology or related disciplines.
• 1-3 years of experience in product management, brand management, category management, sales support or related functions.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in premium technology and consumer electronics are welcome.
• Passion for audio products, consumer electronics, smart devices, robotics and emerging technologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized and detail-oriented.
• Good command of English and Chinese.

Career Development

Candidates with substantial experience in product management, brand management, or category management may be considered for the Product Manager position.
