Product Operation

Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Product Operation to support the development and growth of our crypto-related products and services in Indonesia. You will be involved across the entire product lifecycle — from ideation to launch — helping ensure alignment with market needs, regulatory requirements, and company goals, while shaping the user experience in one of the fastest-moving industries.

What You'll Do:

• Support product strategy: market research, competitor analysis, and roadmap planning
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and compliance teams to build user-centric crypto products
• Support backlog management, sprint planning, and milestone tracking
• Coordinate between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable specifications
• Test new features, product flows, and mobile/web applications to catch bugs, usability issues, and risks before release
• Perform regression testing and verify fixes after product updates
• Investigate and help resolve issues reported by users and Customer Service
• Track and report product performance metrics (engagement, retention, revenue)
• Gather user feedback and usage data, and represent the voice of the customer in product discussions

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of years of experience in product operations, quality assurance, or related roles — preferably in fintech, blockchain, or crypto
• Strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and Web3 applications
• Familiarity with the Indonesian crypto ecosystem, local user behavior, and the regulatory landscape
• Hands-on experience in product testing, bug reporting, and issue tracking
• Solid project management skills and exposure to Agile methodologies
• Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools and performance metrics
• Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication across technical and non-technical teams
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (required). Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus

Preferred Skills:

• Good understanding of API testing, including the ability to test, troubleshoot, and validate API-related issues, is a plus.
• Passion for cryptocurrency and a deep understanding of the crypto community.
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Certification in blockchain or product management is a plus.
