Product Operation Executive

• Support the execution of product development and commercialization processes from concept through launch.
• Manage seasonal product line setup and SKU creation within PLM systems.
• Coordinate seasonal product calendars and monitor key deliverables.
• Assist in managing product lifecycle activities including product creation, updates, phase-outs, and discontinuations.
• Support range architecture and assortment planning activities. Product Data Management
• Maintain accurate product master data across PLM, ERP, and other business systems.
• Ensure consistency of product specifications, attributes, pricing, and SKU information.
• Validate and update product information for seasonal line reviews and launches.
• Support data governance and quality assurance initiatives. Cross-functional Coordination
• Act as a liaison between Product, Design, Development, Sourcing, Merchandising, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
• Organize and coordinate product review meetings, launch readiness reviews, and status updates.
• Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Support communication with external vendors and manufacturing partners where necessary.
• Coordinate sample tracking and product review meetings. Product Launch & Commercialization Support
• Coordinate product launch activities and ensure readiness across functions.
• Assist in preparing launch materials, product information packs, and internal communication documents.
• Monitor launch progress and escalate risks or delays when required.
• Support Go-to-Market (GTM) execution activities. Reporting & Process Improvement
• Prepare regular reports on product development status, launch readiness, and operational KPIs.
• Analyze workflow bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Support system implementation, testing, and process optimization projects.
• Maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs). ________________________________________ Qualifications Education
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Fashion, Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience
• 1–3 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Development, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Project Coordination, or related functions.
• Experience in consumer goods, apparel, footwear, sporting goods, or retail industries is preferred. Skills & Competencies

• Excellent attention to detail and data management capability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with PLM, ERP, SAP, Oracle, Centric PLM, or similar systems is an advantage.
