Product Operations & Enablement Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Product Operations & Enablement Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will shape the operating model, tools, and measurement practices that help product teams execute with clarity and consistency. You will partner closely with product, innovation, and leadership teams to strengthen portfolio visibility, improve cross-functional alignment, and translate work into executive-ready narratives. The position blends process design, operational rhythm management, and enablement to improve how the organization plans, tracks, and communicates product outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $115,400 – $192,200 annually

Responsibilities

• Own and refine the product management tool stack and roadmap practices
• Standardize product development processes while maintaining flexibility across product contexts
• Define and track operational metrics for evaluating team effectiveness
• Collaborate with innovation teams to enhance portfolio visibility and execution frameworks
• Monitor initiative progress and align updates with leadership priorities
• Craft executive-level communications that summarize product and innovation accomplishments
• Manage operating rhythms including portfolio reviews and risk management
• Connect product strategy with execution across various departments

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product operations, product management, business operations, or a related field
• Experience designing and implementing scalable processes that enhance team efficiency
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting quantitative and qualitative product data
• Excellent communication skills tailored for stakeholder narratives
• Familiarity with product management tools such as Aha!, Jira, Pendo, or Productboard
• Ability to influence without direct authority in cross-functional teams
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments
• Experience with AI-driven workflows or design thinking methodologies
