Part-Time Internship | Hybrid Role | Greensboro, North Carolina

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Software QA & Product Operations Intern to support software testing, product quality assurance, release coordination, and technical issue management for our growing software platform. This role is ideal for someone interested in technology, software products, startup environments, and learning how real-world software development and product operations work.

The intern will work closely with leadership and the development team to help improve product quality, test new functionality, document workflows, validate feature releases, and support ongoing QA and release processes. This is a hybrid position based in Greensboro, North Carolina, with both remote and on-site responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist with testing current and upcoming software releases

· Identify, reproduce, and document software bugs and technical issues

· Validate fixes and updates delivered by the development team

· Support release testing, regression testing, and feature validation

· Review, organize, and help prioritize technical issues and feature requests

· Help document workflows, processes, and newly discovered platform functionality

· Participate in product reviews, feature discussions, and QA feedback sessions

· Track issue resolution progress and communicate updates with developers and leadership

· Support internal QA, release management, and product operations processes

· Assist with general product and platform improvement initiatives

Qualifications

· Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field preferred

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to think critically and solve problems independently

· Comfortable learning new software platforms and systems quickly

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Skills

· Familiarity with software development or QA workflows

· Experience with bug tracking or project management tools

· Basic technical, coding, or troubleshooting knowledge

· Experience documenting processes or workflows

· Interest in startups, product development, or technology operations

Position Details

· Pay: $13 per hour

· Schedule: Approximately 20–30 hours per week
