Product Operations Associate

About the role

As our Product Operations Associate, you'll sit right at the core of our tech ecosystem, driving the end-to-end operationalization of our digital features with offline pet care services. You will apply cross-functional alignment between engineering and retail teams, leverage AI-augmented workflows to streamline operations, and analyze deep product metrics to deliver a frictionless experience for pet parents across Indonesia.

Key responsibilities

• Own feature rollout operationalization, define standard operating procedures (SOPs), and lead communication between technical product managers, engineers, and offline retail/vet outlet teams
• Track and analyze key product performance metrics (activation, retention, drop-offs), identify user trends, and generate data-backed reports to drive continuous product and operational improvements
• Serve as the central point of contact for customer-facing teams, proactively troubleshoot operational bottlenecks, and triage user feedback to technical stakeholders
• Pioneer and integrate AI tools, automations, and smart workflows to eliminate repetitive operational tasks and scale team efficiency

About you

• Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier university (Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related analytical fields)
• Fresh graduate with high-impact internship experience or deep knowledge in Tech/Product/BizOps
• Proven track record of high achievement (GPA ≥ 3.4 / 4.0 or ≥ 4.2 / 5.0)
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Highly analytical, tech-savvy, and proactive in adopting modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, automated workflow tools)
