Product Operations Coordinator

About the role

Product Operation Coordinator role within SM GiftCard business unit, responsible for managing redemption, inbound, and operational processes while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain redemption, inbound, and operational reports
• Monitor invalid codes and redemption concerns, ensuring timely resolution
• Process new and renewal merchant/store and vendor accreditations
• Validate requirements, ensure compliance, and coordinate accreditation status
• Support eGC initiatives, product improvements, system enhancements, and operational projects
• Coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and external partners
• Handle customer, partner, and business unit inquiries and escalations
• Coordinate with SM Group units, aggregators, and external partners on operational concerns
• Process operational documents, requisitions, SAP/ePAF, ETELCO, and RITAF requests
• Support onboarding and ensure proper documentation and timely completion of requests

About you

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Marketing, Operations, or a related field
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in operations, business support, customer service, product operations, merchant/vendor management, or a related function
• Experience in retail, digital, gift cards, vouchers, payment solutions, or digital products is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in handling reports, documentation, and compliance requirements
• Good coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders
• Able to manage multiple requests, follow through on action items, and meet deadlines
• Customer-oriented and able to handle inquiries and escalations professionally
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining accurate operational records
• Able to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams
