Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Product Enablement Operations Associate Manager to work on a contract basis. This role involves managing and optimizing product enablement processes to support go-to-market strategies. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient product launches and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement product enablement strategies to support sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

• Manage the creation, maintenance, and distribution of product training materials and resources.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align enablement initiatives with business objectives.

• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of enablement programs using data-driven insights.

• Ensure compliance with product documentation standards and regulatory requirements where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in product enablement, training, or operations with a minimum of 5 years in a related field.

• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and content management tools.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.

• Experience with product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies.
