Product Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the end-to-end operational requirements for new and existing products.
• Ensure that product information, specifications, pricing, packaging details, and other required data are complete and accurate.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Product Development, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Store Operations regarding product-related requirements.
• Monitor product readiness and follow up on pending requirements to support timely product launch or implementation.
• Assist in coordinating product changes, replacements, phase-outs, and other product lifecycle activities.
• Support the implementation of product-related processes, guidelines, and operational procedures.
• Prepare regular reports and updates on product status, product setup, new item implementation, discontinued items, and other operational metrics.
• Provide relevant updates and recommendations to the immediate supervisor and concerned stakeholders.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• At least 4- 5 years of experience in product operations, merchandising, retail operations, product development or a related field.
• Experience in the retail industry, FMCG, consumer goods, or membership shopping is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling product information and documentation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with different departments.
