Hi! We are looking for a Product Operations Specialist for project "TWOMI"

THE MISSION

You are the connective tissue between product, engineering, data, support, and go-to-market. Your job is to make sure each Twomi release reaches users correctly, performs as expected, and produces clear learning for what we build next.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Run the end-to-end rollout for each app version: push notifications, website news, email, note.com, Instagram, X, TikTok, Help Center updates, and internal announcements.
• Own app-store optimization: keyword research, listing copy, screenshots, preview videos, and ranking experiments.
• Monitor daily downloads, weekly cumulative revenue, and operational health; investigate anomalies and bring the right people together quickly.
• Work with the Product Owner and BI team to turn user behavior, feedback, and market signals into a sharper roadmap.
• Test releases with engineering before and after launch, document issues clearly, and close the loop.
• Represent product operations in affiliate and commission-rule discussions with the Buzzencer team.
• Build and maintain small AI-assisted tools and automations for reporting, QA, research, and recurring workflows.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Information Systems, Engineering, Data, Operations, or a related field—or equivalent evidence of capability through work and projects.
• Strong working English, especially written communication; able to coordinate clearly with stakeholders in Vietnam, Japan, and Singapore.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving ability: comfortable working with metrics, spreadsheets, dashboards, checklists, and operational details.
• Able to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize under time pressure, and follow through reliably without close supervision.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and the motivation to build simple automations, agents, or internal tools. Professional software-engineering experience is not required.
• Strong academic performance or graduation from a highly selective university (advantages)
• Experience in app or product operations, QA, analytics, ASO, automation, or cross-functional project delivery (advantages).
• Study or work experience abroad, Japanese-language ability, or experience collaborating across cultures (advantages).
