Product Owner

Responsibilities :

● Own and manage product backlogs across multiple squads: Automation, CRM, and Channel (SMS, LINE, etc.)

● Prioritize competing initiatives across squads, balancing business value, dependencies, and team capacity

● Define and maintain clear, prioritized backlogs in collaboration with Tech and UX teams

● Work closely with external vendors and internal squads to deliver features on time and within scope

● Lead sprint ceremonies including planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives across squads

● Translate business needs into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria

● Coordinate cross-squad dependencies and ensure alignment on shared roadmaps and releases

● Ensure all features meet quality standards by working with Dev, DevOps, QA, and other cross-functional teams

● Drive clarity across teams using Jira and Figma for tracking and communication

● Continuously gather feedback from stakeholders across business units to refine product direction

Requirements :

● 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in tech or digital platform development

● Proven ability to manage multiple products or backlogs simultaneously

● Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

● Experience in MarTech, CRM, loyalty, or messaging platforms is a strong plus

● Proven ability to work with both internal teams and external vendors

● Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills

● Hands-on experience with Jira, Figma, and backlog management tools

● Thai & English communication skills preferred
