Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Data & AI Product Owner with a strong background in enterprise product management and Agile delivery. The ideal candidate will lead the development and scaling of data, analytics, and AI products for corporate functions such as Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, Finance, or HR, leveraging the SAP technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from concept and requirements gathering through launch, user onboarding, and scaling.
• Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Translate complex business and compliance requirements into clear technical user stories and product backlog items.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, analytics, and AI teams to guide solution design and target architecture.
• Work with SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Use data and product metrics to validate hypotheses, monitor adoption, and measure business impact.
• Engage senior stakeholders and global teams to align priorities, communicate progress, and manage expectations.
• Ensure data privacy, security, and responsible AI practices are considered throughout the product lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to leverage Business AI and predictive analytics for enterprise functions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of product management or product ownership experience in an enterprise Agile/Scrum environment.
• 3+ years of experience delivering data, analytics, or AI products for corporate functions.
• Experience in one or more domains: Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, Finance, or HR.
• Strong knowledge of the SAP ecosystem, particularly SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical user stories and guide technical teams on target architecture.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end product delivery and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Understanding of data privacy, security, and ethical AI considerations.

Good to Have

• Experience with Business AI, predictive analytics, or AI-enabled enterprise products.
• Experience measuring product adoption and business outcomes using data-driven metrics.
