Role
- Digital lending - consumer loans , retail loans, cards, origination
- Backlog management for product journey on jira
- liase with UX, Risk, compliance, Consumer lending business
- PO for the lending journeys - from concsept to business case through launch, hyper care.
- Own and prioritise the product backlog
- Product strategy and roadmap and agree with leadership
- Write requirements, USer stories, BRDs and acceptance criterion
- Design Mobile first customer journeys in partnership with UX UI
- Own funnel performance application starts, drop offs, straight though and disbursal conversion.
- Build and maintain KPI dashboard for board and Exco level reporting
- Build coalitions across risk, legal, compliance, operations, marketing and technology
