• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams, translating product vision into actionable features and stories.

• Own and manage the product backlog; define clear acceptance criteria, priorities, and delivery milestones.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, UX/UI designers, developers, and testers to deliver high-quality digital products.

• Participate in all Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather stakeholder input to inform product decisions and roadmap planning.

• Define and track KPIs and OKRs to measure product performance and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure the team understands the what and why of every feature and user story.

• Champion user-centric design, continuous feedback loops, and rapid iteration.

• Manage product risks, dependencies, and timelines in alignment with business goals and technical constraints.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in Agile/Scrum environments

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban)

• Proven experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing a prioritized backlog

• Ability to interface with technical teams and business stakeholders

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Rally

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset

Good to Have:

• Domain experience in banking/financial services, healthcare, insurance, eCommerce, or manufacturing

• Knowledge of design thinking, UX principles, and customer journey mapping

• Experience with API products, mobile/web platforms, or cloud-native applications

• Certifications:

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)

  • SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)

  • PMI-ACP or PSPO
