Product Owner

About the role

Senior Product Owner responsible for defining product vision and strategy, managing product backlog, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality products that meet user needs and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research, analyze user feedback, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify product opportunities and priorities
• Define and refine the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
• Develop a deep understanding of user personas, pain points and requirements through user research, data analysis and feedback collection
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and customer support teams to gather insights and ensure alignment with market demands
• Define and prioritize product requirements based on user needs, business values and technical feasibility
• Manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, transparency, and alignment with the overall product vision and roadmap
• Work closely with the development team to refine and groom the backlog, providing context and rationale for requirements
• Monitor the progress of development cycles, addressing risks, issues and scope changes as needed
• Foster effective collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams, including development, design, quality assurance, and stakeholders
• Represent the product and user perspectives in meetings, discussions, and decision-making processes

About you

• 4+ years of experience in Information Technology
• Bachelor's or Master's in IT or business Administration and/or related academic major
• Project Management, Analytical
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and address business issues related to IT quickly
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Comfortable working with data and numbers
