Product Owner

We are looking for an experienced PO that will be responsible for supporting the delivery of solutions from concept to release, working with multiple teams in an outsourcing setup. Ensure requirements are clear, understood, and implemented correctly, while keeping alignment with client needs, overall product direction, and medical/FDA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, prioritise, and refine the product backlog, translating high-level business requirements into actionable User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team to ensure the product vision is implemented correctly.
• Attend Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives) to provide timely feedback and clarification to the team.
• Serve as the voice of the customer for the development team, answering functional questions and making tactical decisions.
• Sign off on completed stories, ensuring they meet the Definition of Done (DoD) and align with Product Owner expectations.
• Contribute to defining the product road-map, project timeline, and feature prioritisation.

Other specifications:

• 5+ years of experience in the IT services industry.
• 4+ years of experience working in Agile environments (Scrum and/or Kanban).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Owner.
• Able to explain technical constraints to business stakeholders and business needs to developers
• Experience in the medical software industry is highly valuable, and knowledge of FDA regulations and other software-related standards is considered an advantage.
• Familiar with tools like Jira, ADO, or Confluence; basic knowledge of APIs and software architecture is a plus
• Strong emotional intelligence, able to handle conflicts and make decisions under pressure
