Project Summary

We are looking for a Product Owner Service with customer data and business analysis expertise to serve business data usages, supporting business initiatives notably in Compliance, Growth, and the dissemination of shared data & AI solutions across the Group.

Main Responsibilities & Key Activities

• Co-develop and progress customer definitions, best practices (e.g. deduplication processes), and frameworks to ensure consistency across Entities and support local progress. Customer definitions refer to B2C & B2B and other customer-related roles (beneficiary, company representatives, etc.)

• Contribute to the definition of data requirements covering all data dimensions (business definitions, data quality, data products, data governance, unstructured data management, data platforms, architecture, etc.), based on Group requirements and prior local solutions developed to scale

• Contribute to the definition of the related data quality & readiness assessment to measure the maturity of Entities

• Contribute to the definition, design, and delivery of a dashboard reporting on data quality & data readiness of Entities, engaging with stakeholders across Group and Entities, in alignment with Group & Local standards, regulations, and constraints

• Contribute to the definition and implementation of a data quality remediation plan to progress towards expected business objectives

• Work with the Group Data Office Team on data architecture, data management, data governance, and unstructured data expertise, including alignment with other domain business initiative leads and delivery of the data quality & readiness dashboard

• Assist with data reporting, requiring technical knowledge

Deliverables

• Definition of a transversal foundation of Customer Data

• Contribution to the definition and delivery of a data quality & readiness assessment of Entities

Experience Required

• Minimum 8 years of expertise in product ownership for data usages, or data analysis & management activities (with some business analysis activities), or as a customer data expert

• Expertise in data management concepts (data quality, unstructured data, etc.) and data architecture (data flows, APIs, data platforms, etc.)

• Expertise in the Customer Data Domain as part of the insurance value chain and related processes (MDM, deduplication, etc.), including external data related to Customer

• Expertise in a global Customer 360 project including scoping phase (engaging with stakeholders, alignment, defining scope & requirements, design)

• Expertise in Data Product and Data Mesh concepts

• General expertise in global Know Your Customer processes (Compliance requirements, eKYC/eIDV)

• Good experience with customer data domain, related processes, MDM, use of external data for enrichment, data quality, and data architecture

• Experience contributing to or leading Customer 360 programs (Nice to have)

• Experience in the insurance industry (Nice to have)
