What they need
As a Product Owner Employee Benefits (EB), you play a key role in the construction and implementation of the Employee Benefits strategy. You represent the business for one or more key products and processes in the field EB and make the link between the business and IT. You identify the needs of customers, distribution partners and employees, and translate them into value-creating digital solutions and process improvements.
Profile wanted
• Bachelor diploma or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Product Ownership, digital transformation, customer journey redesign, project management, or business transformation.
• Strong affinity with financial services, ideally with knowledge of the insurance sector and Employee Benefits.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, ideally within a SAFe framework.
• French or Dutch — mother tongue or bilingual
• English — senior professional
