Product Owner – Mobile Application

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner with a strong background in mobile application development and technology-driven product management.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience working on mobile applications, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and sufficient technical understanding to work closely with development teams on mobile product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product vision, roadmap, priorities, and delivery for mobile application products.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into clear product requirements.
• Manage product backlog, user stories, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, UX/UI teams, QA, and other technical stakeholders.
• Provide product direction and ensure solutions follow appropriate mobile application development best practices.
• Review technical solutions and ensure they align with product objectives and user needs.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product progress, risks, and priorities.
• Coordinate across business and technical teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve mobile application functionality, usability, and performance.
• Support problem-solving and decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.
• Be willing to travel for business requirements.
• Work extended hours when required to collaborate with teams operating in the Germany timezone.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong background in Product Management / Product Ownership.
• Proven experience handling mobile application development projects.
• Demonstrable experience working on and delivering mobile applications.
• Strong technical understanding of mobile application architecture and development best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working closely with software engineering and technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to work in a complex, international, and cross-functional environment.
• Willingness to travel when required.
• Flexibility to support extended working hours when needed.
