We are currently seeking to employ a talented and highly-motivated Product Owner to join our team.

What You Will Do

• Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Data Platform.
• Own, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, balancing business value, technical dependencies, and platform objectives.
• Drive the modernization of data solutions and support the migration of existing data platforms to cloud-based architectures.
• Partner with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and technology leaders to identify opportunities and deliver impactful solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and actionable user stories.
• Ensure alignment between delivery objectives, platform roadmap, and broader organizational goals.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and facilitate informed prioritization decisions.
• Monitor delivery progress, manage risks and dependencies, and continuously optimize value delivery.
• Actively participate in Agile rituals and drive effective product delivery through planning, backlog refinement, prioritization, and continuous improvement.
• Drive Data Governance initiatives by promoting data quality, ownership, metadata management, and compliance practices across the data ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Data Governance, Architecture, and Engineering teams to establish scalable and trusted data platform capabilities.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related quantitative fields.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Data Engineer, Software Engineer, or a similar role in delivering data-focused solutions.
• Strong understanding of Data Engineering, Data Platforms, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Governance, or Data Migration initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and align business and technical teams around common goals.
• Experience defining roadmaps, managing priorities, and balancing competing demands.
• Good understanding of data warehousing principles, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud data platforms.
• Understanding of Data Governance principles, including data quality, metadata management, data lineage, stewardship, and compliance considerations.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing budgets, delivery plans, and investment priorities is considered a plus.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Azure Databricks, Microsoft SQL Server, SAP BW, SAS, or equivalent data ecosystems is an advantage.
