What they need

Contexte :

Intervention dans un environnement produit structuré, avec des enjeux forts de pilotage de la valeur métier et de coordination multi-systèmes.

Missions :

Piloter la stratégie produit (OKR, roadmap, création de valeur)
Gérer un backlog volumique (100+ tickets / trimestre)
Animer des ateliers métiers et coordonner plusieurs SI
Formaliser les besoins (EPIC, features, user stories)
Suivre les KPI produit et piloter l’amélioration continue

Compétences :

Solide expérience en Product Management agile
Maîtrise des outils backlog (JIRA / Confluence)
Pilotage par la valeur et culture data
Expérience en environnement complexe / multi-SI

Profil :

Expérience significative sur des produits à fort enjeu
Excellent relationnel et capacité de synthèse
Leadership fonctionnel
