Product Planning Specialist

MARKET RESEARCH & DATA ANALYSIS

• Collect and analyze data on automotive market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings in the Philippines
• Track competitor pricing, specifications, promotions, and new model launches
• Prepare regular reports and presentations with actionable insights

PRODUCT INFORMATION & SPECIFICATION SUPPORT

• Assist in developing recommended vehicle specifications (variants, features, colors) for the local market
• Maintain and update product databases, specification sheets, and pricing records
• Support preparation of product briefs and internal documentation

COORDINATION & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, aftersales) to gather input and ensure alignment
• Coordinate with regional or global counterparts for product-related information
• Support scheduling and documentation for product planning meetings

PRODUCT LAUNCH SUPPORT

• Assist in execution of new vehicle launches and model updates
• Prepare product kits, comparison materials, and training support documents

PERFORMANCE MONITORING

• Track product performance metrics; sales, competitor movement, and customer feedback
• Support analysis to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Assist in preparing post-launch evaluation reports

Qualification:

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or any related field

EXPERIENCE

• 1-3 years of experience in product planning, marketing, research, or automotive industry
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical background may be considered.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Strong analytical and research skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
